Milton (MILS909) Dial Type Tire Gage with 12

Overall, usual good quality you would expect from Milton, however, I am disappointed that the case and dial lens are made of plastic! I would have expected a more durable metal case.

Milton 98-A1-501 Truck Tire Inflator

If you know the difference between Bud rims and Dayton rims, you should know the Dayton wheels are more dangerous due to the split-ring setup. You should also know both styles are more dangerous as they use tires that inflate to high pressures, often 40 PSI and more than any automobile tire. But, even lower pressure automotive tires sold to the general public can explode. The Milton 98-A1-501 comes with the Milton S693 Dual Head Straight Foot Air Chuck and a 15-foot hose, which is designed to hold onto the valve stem while airing tires, and allows you to put 15-feet of distance between you and the tire - which far lowers the odds of an exploding tire/rim causing you injury. Older tire pros will tell you to always stand away from the side of any vehicle mounted rim/tire assembly, and to never lean over a tire laying on the ground, when airing them. Most of them have had their "close calls" or have seen the dangerous results of an exploding tire. That makes this tire inflator gauge very appealing to them despite it costs more than others.Even the average consumer can benefit from this tire inflator gauge as it allows you also to stay out of harms way. The only drawback to this gauge is the threads on the Milton S693 Dual Head Straight Foot Air Chuck will wear out in time, making it difficult to keep it in place when airing tires. For that reason, it's nice to keep a spare Milton S693 Dual Head Straight Foot Air Chuck available for replacing the one that comes with the…

Our old chimer (also made by Milton) was a P.O.S. and only worked intermitantly. This puppy works great, is loud enough to to hear over background noise and reminds one of the filling station chimes of yesteryear. This is the real deal!

Moroso 89560 Tire Pressure Gauge, Dial Type, 0-60 psi

Unlike other tire pressure gauges, the Moroso makes an excellent air tight seal with the valve stem. There is no leakage of air giving you confidence that you are getting an accurate reading. I highly recommend this item.

Milton S506 Dual Head Inflator Gauge with 12

This is just a first rate high quality product, even made in the USA at a good price (if you shop around on Amazon some), compared to the cheap air inflators I have wasted money on in the past that always lasted maybe a year or so after hitting the pavemnet some. I just got the Milton air inflator gauge but you can tell it's built to last a lifetime and has been spot on the psi inflator gauge when I compare it to my other good quality pressure guage I have.

Milton 501 Hi-Pressure Inflator Gauge with 5

I use this in combination with a small air compressor for filling my car and bicycle tires. I really like having the air pressure gauge, inflator nozzle, and inlet trigger all in one unit. Great quality, accurate, and made in the USA.

Accutire MS-5510B Racing Tire Gauge

I like this gauge. For the price, it is efficient and accurate. Yes the hose is a bit stiff, but hardly more than a minor annoyance. As for any leaks, I have had none (so far). The fitting over the tire valve stem seems just fine to me. Just get it on snugly; grips the stem just fine. I also simply bleed the pressure out of the gauge between readings and all is good to go for the next reading, so not sure what others here are talking about when they say they need to press the recall button. I only use that for calibration. In addition, I do not understand what one other reviewer was referring to when having to wait 10 seconds between reads... As I bleed, sure, the pressure reading is not accurate, but once you stop the bleeding while using the bleed valve, the current pressure is immediately updated for me...Overall, definitely recommended, at least for now. If that changes, I'll be sure to update here.December 7, 2010 UPDATE: 3 years later, this is still working flawlessly! No leaks, battery still good.May 6, 2012 UPDATE: Still working great; almost 5 years owning it. I did have to replace the batteries in late 2011.

Window Tire Inflator Gage Dual Head Straight Chuck

I live in New England where the weather gets cold in the winter also seems this is when my tires and the rest of the household who have cars need air for there tires. Its nice to go out and put air in your tire and quickly get a readout of whats in tire. I've have purchased at least five tire inflators before finding this one and I can say this is the last one I will need to buy I just wished I would have found this one first before wasting my money on all the others. yeah it was pricer than alot of the others but I'm glad I have it now.
